I know that around that time and surely before 1961 most all blacks had no birth documentation. They liked it too as they always could say they were younger than they really were, well for those who could do the math.

They were afraid to go to a white man's horacespitals back then don't forget so they just spat them out wherever. This is why they adapted such durable craniums.
