. . .

“Hawaii Revised Statute 338-178 allows registration of birth in Hawaii “by declaration” for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the child’s birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence”.

The only way to know where Senator Obama was actually born is to view his original birth record from 1961 that shows the name of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor that delivered him in Hawaii, or the name of the midwife and the address of the mud hut in Kenya.

Federal Law: Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock:

A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) INA provided the citizen parent was physically present in the U.S. for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child’s birth. (For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.

“...five after the age of 14...” Obama’s mother was born Nov. 29, 1942; Obama was allegedly born August of 1961, so his mother would have been 18 at the time of his birth whereby 5 years after the age of 14 which would be 19, so the 5 year requirement could not have been reached.... Obama was born 3.5 months shy of his mom’s 19th birthday.

Hell, Mr. Obama probably does not even qualify for US Citizenship, let alone meet qualifications to be elected President.
