1.)The Donofrio suit alleges that at the instant of his birth, that John McCain had Dual Citizenship, Panamanian and American;
2.)The Donofrio suit further alleges that at the instant of his birth, that Obama had Dual Citizenship, British and American;
3.)And, yeah the Latino socialist candidate had a Green card...
This suit does not challenge Obama’s alleged Hawaiian birth, rather, this suit cleverly takes advantage of everything that Barack Obama claims about his own parentage and birth.
In his book, “The Audacity of Bullshit Artists”, Obama asserts that he was born in Hawaii, and he further asserts that his real father was Obama, Sr., (Not Malcolm “X”) and Obama further claims that he inherited, under British law, both British and American citizenship. (Obama says this in his book ! !) Now, under British law, “Citizenship by Descent” is automatically conferred from father to son. Obama’s dad was a subject of Kenya, which was a British Colony in 1961. Obama’s dad was a British subject and traveled on a British passport.
The reading of article II, section 1, clause 5 doesn’t leave much wiggle-room on this one.
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States".
And, Justice Clarence Thomas, of all people, surely must not believe that this is a “racial” issue, right?
