work should be compensated fairly, but not all jobs are created equal. Some require more skills and thus should be better compensated. Even so, I think you would agree that $25/hour, or $2000 per month is very good compensation indeed for that profession. Throw in the three weeks of paid vacation, christmas bonus, and SS taxes (though she's technically independent contractor) and you must agree that I am compensating her very well indeed for what is a half work week(and she deserves it, her work is meticulous). Your argument is a complete BS.
