with it ? Now who's re-writing history ? Enacted in 1973 (Nov), over that Nixon veto. The War Powers Resolution was disregarded by: President Clinton in 1999 (during the bombing campaign in Kosovo); by President Bush when he commenced drone strikes in Yemen AND Pakistan; and, again by President Obama in 2011 (when he did not seek congressional approval enforce to a U.N. no-fly zone over Libya).

Yep, all President's since (and including) Nixon have contended the Act ("Resolution") is unconstitutional (and I would tend to agree); BUT....all "complied with it" ? Don't think so. L.
