If someone accidentally types in the wrong URL (and the sites are VERY good at buying up URL's with close spellings and redirecting) and winds up at a child porn site unintentionally, is that a crime?

The key determiner is if they actually download and take possession of material from that site. In this case, I think the courts got it right. There is no way anyone can determine intent. Of course, if the URL is hit 50X on a Saturday evening, that's a pretty good indicator.
