Is Bill trying to undermine Obama's reelection?

First he said that Mitt Romney had a "sterling" business record (undermining Obama's ads attacking Romney on Bain Capital).

Then he said that the Bush tax cuts should definitely be extended (without any qualifications).

And now he is touting his own record, saying at a JOINT fund raiser with Obama, And, I care about the long term debt of the country a lot. Remember me, Im the only guy that gave you four surplus budgets out of the eight I sent .... LOL.
