Plus, one of my esteemed Senators ("rising star" Sen. Rand Paul) said...."just because a couple people say it's Constitutional doesn't make it so." A..."couple people" indeed. Sen. Paul...apparently...not a strong proponent of Article III, and doctrine of "separation of powers". Likely those constitution waving Tea Party supporters will 'forgive' that....glitch. L.
