as a scientist.. I know that many things are unsolvable.. even unknowable..almost unstudy-dable.. (see Heisenberg uncertainty principal).. seems it holds for more than the quantum mechanics level of things.. .. lol.
y'all tried to fix booze with prohibition.. another horse that was out of the barn.. made everything worse.
as I was pointing out... your wailing about this..another horse already out.. fix is likely worse than the problem.
nice that you think that there are rational solutions to everything.. rose colored glasses to that.. sorry but some things are beyond our control once the horse has left the gate.
so again.. you don't have the faintest at a "fix"either lay back and enjoy it.. or devise one for us.. we are waiting...
