PS: The ethics violation is obvious, but the me*ting itself may also give rise to "obstruction of justice" (even if nothing about the investigation was discussed) because a personal relationship would tend to bias a prosecutor/investigator. Would you want the prosecutor in a case against you to have dinner with the judge shortly before your trial? How about their wife/husband?.... BEEP BEEP.
