I actually had a similar situation. She's now out of state but visits regularly. Lately she's been bringing a friend - who I was intrigued with. Since there shouldn't be any expectation to be exclusive, I inquired about a double. Wasn't a problem.

After all if it's someone you see on a regular basis, she shouldn't be offended if you want to try something different.
