You go to the doctor complaning of: "chest pains and shortness of breath". He finds (or should find) you have "high blood pressure and irregular heartbeat", but "does not order you to avoid strenuous physical activity until more tests can be done".
You have a heart attack and die while doing strenuous activity, even if it was a solo job instead of a threesome (and this applies to you ladies rubbing one out too .... LOL). MOI has watched enough medical shows to know doctor f*cked up big.
