Technical Support is a premium service for paid memberships. Support requests are answered as quickly as possible. Off-hours support requests may take longer. Paid members can contact our support department through the Members Support page.

Support requests for free memberships are answered time permitting. Our support department may be contacted by sending an e-mail to support@bigdoggie.net. We will try to get back to you as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind paid members have Premium Support and their requests must come first.
